About
It is an honor,
I come from both people of the Jewish diaspora, most recently in eastern Europe, and from Ireland. I live in the foothills of Colorado, traditional lands of the Ute, Cheyenne, and Arapaho. I am a folk herbalist, mother, partner, animist, seeker, and ceremonial artist. Weaving my offerings as an Animisitic Healing Artist and Somatic Soul Worker is a great honor in these changing times.
" As a Mother, animist, and folk herbalist with an education in counseling - weaving together connections with the ancestors, spirit guides, land and larger ecosystems is not just my work, but a way of life. "
It’s shuffling from the oven to nap time while singing songs to my daughter, and to the plants.
It is calling on my ancestors, elders, and guides for divine inspiration for group classes, support for my clients, and other offerings.
Many cultures around the world have maintained relationships with their ancestors and lands as a way of life. For a lot of folks, these ties have been severed by the effects of modernity, colonization, genocide, racism, patriarchy, and other multigenerational wounds. This has led to much disconnection and harm. My prayer is for the healing of the cultural pain and separation from our old and wise ancestral ways. Together, we create an offering to support the remembering of the deep love and interconnection of the earth, the cosmic realms, and all beings. An offering to support the resource and resilience in all of us as we remember our place woven through life.

" It’s the relationships and innate intelligence that is available to us in every moment—including the relationships we have with our own bodies, inherited patterns, and the stories that brought us to this moment in our lives. "

Working with Rachel was a turning point in my healing... She met me without judgment, and empowered me to fully embrace the woman I am. She made it feel, for the first time in my life, that it was okay to honor my needs...Now I am able to accept myself more, love myself more, and be more of the woman I came into this physical existence to be.
