Gather at the heart of connection.

Let us sit and deeply listen to you, your body, and the inherent wisdom that moves through you.  To re-member your place, woven and rooted in all things.

About  Rachel

I utilize my decades of training and education in therapeutic, spiritual, and somatic modalities to support a vast range of emotional, physical, and spiritual experiences. Together, we work in kinship with the greater intelligence that is within and around us. My approach is an embodied, earth-rooted way. It involves trusting your innate intelligence, tapping into what's alive in the body, and resourcing through the relationships with the more-than-human world. My passion is supporting folks in facilitating their own direct healing process in connection with their guides.

What I deeply appreciate about my work with Rachel is that the work feels grounded and practical. It’s not about transcending into the spiritual world that's out there somewhere. It’s about bringing our experience of spirit into the right here, right now, in our bones and bodies.

Animistic Healing Arts

Animistic Healing Arts is an art practicing from the knowing that all beings are alive and have a soul. We are working together with a whole ecosystem of nature spirits, ancestors, guides, and other beings, recognizing that we are a part of something much bigger than ourselves.

Through nurturing and deepening these relationships, a particular kind of healing is available to us, one that many of our earth-centered wise ancestors once knew. Knowing that everything is always evolving and changing, we recognize that rooting ourselves in these relationships supports us and all beings in meeting the current times we are living in.

My work is interwoven with the lands where I live which are the traditional lands of the Arapaho, Ute, and Cheyenne...

My prayer is that through time this work may be a blessing for these lands. With respect to histories of colonization and ongoing injustices toward Native peoples,

a portion of the funding of this work goes to to the Cheyenne and Arapaho Language and Culture Program
